Job Title: Programming Coordinator, Adelaide Film Festival

Job Type: Full-time. This role is offered as a 12-month contract starting March 2026 with the possibility of extension.

Job Description:

Are you passionate about cinema while appreciating the value of accurate data and media asset management? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? Adelaide Film Festival is seeking a highly motivated Programming Coordinator to join the team.

As the Programming Coordinator, you will play a critical role in coordinating the administration of the festival’s screening and industry program. This role is integral to the success of the delivery of the festival. You must demonstrate both an interest in film, as well as experience in the logistics of film event management including the use of databases, media asset management and speaker, guest and artist coordination.

Working in a small, supportive team environment, this role is suited to a self-starter with initiative, a love of detail and a sophisticated understanding of cinema.
