Ticketing and Box Office Manager
Based at Adelaide Studios. Fixed term July 2026 to October 2026.
Job Description:
The Adelaide Film Festival is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated and experienced Ticketing and Box Office Manager to join our team. This role will:
· Oversee the box office and sales functions in the lead up to and during the festival
· Liaise with the festivals ticketing provider, Ferve
· Ensure the smooth running of box office during festival, including reporting, supervising casual staff
Key Responsibilities:
· Work with Operations Manager to ensure an exceptional experience for existing and prospective customers
· Work closely with Marketing and Programming Coordinators to ensure website/ app content management across relevant ticketing areas
· Support the Partnerships team to ensure stakeholder ticketing is delivered smoothly
· Daily reconciliations and sales reporting to Finance team
· Develop rostering for casual staff pool
· Liaise with AFF venues where necessary to ensure box office requirements are met
Key Requirements:
· Experience in ticketing delivery in a festival and event environment
· High level written and verbal communication skills
· Strong working knowledge of computerised ticketing systems, web-based systems with the ability to enter and retrieve data, customer & sales information independently
