Terms and Conditions

The following outlines the Terms and Conditions relating to ticket purchases and attendance at events organised by the Adelaide Film Festival (AFF). By purchasing a ticket or attending an AFF event, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Please read them carefully, as they include important information regarding ticketing policies, refunds, exchanges, entry requirements, and other conditions of attendance.

Refunds

Adelaide Film Festival maintains a strict no refund policy on all items, inclusive of tickets for screenings, special events, forums and talks as well as for vouchers, passes and memberships.

When making your ticket selection, please be sure that you have selected the correct session and ticket type. Please review your selections in your cart prior to completing your purchase as all transactions are final.

Refunds are not given for the reasons of not enjoying the screening, change of mind, exclusion due to poor behaviour, or being denied entry for being a late comer.

Refunds may be issued in the case of a session cancellation, or a major disruption to the event. The AFF Box Office team will be in touch in such instances and will administer the refund from the headquarters. The physical box office cannot administer your refund.

Refunds will be administered to the same account, card or payment method that the ticket was paid with.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be possible provided specific exchange Terms and Conditions are met.

Exchanges of tickets are subject to availability. Exchanges must be administered no shorter than 24 hours prior to the screen time of your original tickets.

Exchanging tickets can be managed by you, through your account online.

Tickets will automatically be exchanged for the same ticket type that was in the original transaction.

If exchanging as part of a Group 10+ ticket, all 10+ tickets must be exchanged together.

Exchanging of tickets attracts a $1.00 fee per ticket, payable at the time of the exchange.  Exchange fees are non-refundable.

Booking Fees

A booking fee of $1.80 applies to the first ticket in your cart. A subsequent 90cent fee applies to each additional ticket, up to a maximum of $4.50 per transaction.

Alternate booking fees may apply to passes, memberships, vouchers and specific ticket types and concessions.

No booking fee applies to $0 transactions.

In the case of a refund, the booking fee may not be refunded.

Vouchers can be used to redeem products sold via the Adelaide Film Festival ticketing channels only.

Vouchers cannot be used for any other purchases (including candy bar purchases or any purchases from organiser partners and/or sponsors, plus more) unless expressly specified.

Vouchers cannot be redeemed for screenings, sessions or events outside of the Adelaide Film Festival program.

The value stated on the voucher (or remaining on the voucher after partial redemption) is expressed inclusive of GST.

Any balance that remains on the voucher after expiry will not be available for any use.
