Schools Screening Day

Featuring climate activism documentary Future Council, coming-of-age feature film Young Hearts and selected shorts from our AFF Youth Filmmaking Competition, AFF Youth Schools Screening Day is a chance for students to build their film language and cultural understanding by engaging with hand-picked premier films for young people alongside work by their peers. 

We will also be hosting a pathway talk from young South Australian filmmakers, presented by UniSA, Flinders University and AFTRS. While Flinders University will be presenting a hands-on workshop and tour of their campus.

Lights, camera, action! Tour the brand-new Flinders City Campus and participate in a hands-on filmmaking workshop. Learn from the experts, and make your own short film. Round out the experience with Flinders academics and filmmakers discussing careers in the film industry and answering your questions.
