Acknowledgement of Country

Adelaide Film Festival acknowledges that we work and celebrate screen culture on Kaurna Country. We pay our respects to Kaurna Elders past, present and emerging and recognise their culture, beliefs, and relationship with the Adelaide Plains. ADELAIDE FILM FESTIVAL 2015 CALLING FOR ENTRIES

The digital door for content is now wide open for programs submissions to the 2015 Adelaide Film Festival (AFF) – running from October 15-25.

AFF Festival Director and CEO Amanda Duthie today called for films from all genres that have been completed since January 2014, including features, documentaries and short films.

“We are all set to start selecting extraordinary content from Australia and around the world to showcase at the 2015 Adelaide Film Festival,” Amanda said.

The Adelaide Film Festival’s programs have enabled the best of Australian and international screen culture to be celebrated through screenings, talks, forums and special events and has become synonymous with delivering distinctive and multi–award-winning work.

Films can be submitted via www.filmfestivallife.com which can be accessed via the AFF website or directly. Deadline for entries is Friday 2 June 2015.

All films submitted will be eligible for AFF Foxtel Movies Audience Award.

Feature films will be eligible for selection for the Foxtel Movies Best International Feature Film which has a prize of AUD $25,000.

Feature length documentaries will be eligible for Flinders University Best Documentary Award which is awarded AUD$10,000.

2013 AFF Flinders University Best Documentary winner Blush of Fruit (Jakeb Anhvu) was selected from submission process.
