Based at Adelaide Studios. Fixed Term, August 2026 - October 2026 (Full-time).

The Adelaide Film Festival is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated and experienced Ticketing and Box Office Coordinator to join our team. This role will:

  • Coordinate the box office and sales functions in the lead up to and during the festival

  • Liese with the festival’s ticketing provider, Ferve

  • Ensure the smooth running of the box office during the festival, including reporting and supervising casual staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Operations Manager to ensure an exceptional experience for existing and prospective customers

  • Work closely with Marketing and Programming Coordinators to ensure website / app content management across relevant ticketing areas

  • Support the Partnerships team to ensure stakeholder ticketing is delivered smoothly

  • Daily reconciliations and sales reporting to Finance team

  • Develop rostering for casual staff pool

  • Liaise with AFF venues where necessary to ensure box office requirements are met

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrated high-level experience in the ticketing festival and event environment

  • High-level written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong working knowledge of computerised ticketing systems, web-based systems, with the ability to enter and retrieve data, customer & sales information independently.

  • Ability to think strategically, conceptually and creatively, and analyse and resolve technical problems.
